The Tractive Track Plug and Play systems allow greater control of the chassis using stronger wheel rates than the Touring setup while still leveraging the damper for additional control of the chassis. The Track setup plugs right into the factory vehicle harness and additionally utilizes spherical bearings in the shock ends and top mounts for a sharper feel and precise control. Retaining a comfortable ride quality in normal modes it does transmit a modest, but additional amount of NVH through the solid mounts. It is tighter in sport modes than the Touring setup. The system includes everything needed for installation; front camber adjustable plates, rear spherical mounts, damper units, springs, enlinks where applicable, any ancillaries, installation instructions and tools needed for adjusting where necessary.
The Tractive Track system offers exceptional road and track day performance through an expertly engineered design that gives drivers the best range of effective damping control without compromising ride quality or losing the electronic adjustability.
Service: Built to maintain performance for longer mileage intervals these dampers are also serviceable. Depending on use case they retain performance for extended periods of street driving. For track usage it is best to service between 60-100hrs depending on intensity of usage to maintain performance levels or every 15-25k street miles for a very long ultimate life.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the TracTive electronic valve work?
How does the TracTive electronic valve work?
The TracTive electronic valve has been developed for over 12 years since its introduction. The design has grown to encompass 4 different valve sizes based upon various parameters like piston type and pressure drop across the valve system which allows a much more correct range of influence for a wider bandwidth of use cases than other systems that rely on just one valve design. The electronic valve is positioned in the rod assembly and operated on amperage in a working range of 600 to 1800 mA with a response across that range of just 6 milliseconds. There is still a piston and shim stack like most dampers, but instead of a knob that has a stationary adjustment to bypass fluid around the piston, the valve conditionally adjusts. This is done via a seamless integration with the factory controller or with a customizable controller like the TracTive ACE controller which allows you to have different adjustment settings under different dynamic conditions. It’s like having an electronic gnome turning your shaft adjusters while you’re driving.
Can I change spring rates on the Track setup?
Can I change spring rates on the Track setup?
Yes, however the system comes with the rates in the table no matter what, being it is a system only built that way. We can add new springs additionally within a certain range, but we must add this to the cost.
